About these terms

These terms apply every time you use this website or place an order with Pretty Cosmetics. By placing an order, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

They sit alongside our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of the same agreement.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. We deliver within Egypt only and cannot accept orders for delivery outside the country.

Products and descriptions

Everything we sell is genuine stock bought from the brand or its authorised distributor — sealed, batch-coded and in date. We describe each product using the named actives and the information printed on its label.

Product photography is taken as accurately as we can manage, but screens render colour and finish differently, and packaging is occasionally updated by the brand without notice.

Cosmetics are not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a promise of a specific result. Always read the label, patch-test a new product, and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under treatment, or have a known allergy or a skin condition.

Prices

All prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your governorate and shown before you confirm.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before doing anything, and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel with no charge.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order, usually on WhatsApp, after checking the items and the address.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is out of stock, where the address is outside our delivery area, where a pricing or listing error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or repeated refusal of delivered orders. If you have already paid, you will be refunded in full.

Cancelling an order

You can change or cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 10 11598633 with your order number as soon as you can. After dispatch, our Return Policy applies.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, InstaPay, and mobile wallets including Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, e& money, and WE Pay. We do not take card payments on this website, and we never store payment credentials.

We will never ask you for a PIN, a one-time password, or your wallet login. Anyone who does is not us.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in the Shipping Policy, returns in the Return Policy, and refunds in the Refund Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Your account

Sign-in is passwordless: we email a one-time code to the address on your account. Keep your email and mobile number current, since we use them to confirm orders and to reach you about a delivery. Do not share your sign-in codes with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Pretty Cosmetics.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the website, extract its content in bulk, place fraudulent orders, or use the store to resell products as though they came from you. We may suspend an account that does.

Our content

The Pretty Cosmetics name, logo, page copy, photography, and design are ours or our suppliers' and are protected. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Brand names such as Selaplex and Skiva belong to their owners.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered, sealed, in date and as described, and for delivering them. We are not responsible for a result you hoped for and did not get, for a reaction to an ingredient listed on the label, or for damage caused by storing a product incorrectly after delivery.

Nothing here limits any right you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
